Free Shipping:
We offer free Shipping nationwide, Customers in the Contiguous Unites States enjoy free shipping on every order, (Shipping rates may vary for Alaska and Hawaii).
No Shipping outside the USA.
Order Confirmation:
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. This indicates that we have authorized your credit card for the purchase and are preparing your order for shipment.
- Once we receive your order, we automatically contact our warehouse to verify that the item is in stock and ready for immediate shipment.
- If your item is on backorder or not available, we will notify you via email.
- If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the payment and submit your order for dispatch.
Order Shipment:
- If your order is in stock and your credit card is approved by our fraud protection department, your product will ship within 1-2 business days from the order date.
- You will receive tracking information within 24 hours at the email address you provided during checkout.
- We ship via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and Freight to the contiguous 48 states. Most orders will ship the next business day, with delivery times ranging from 3 to 10 business days if the product is in stock. Please note that due to increased order volumes, fulfillment may take longer than usual.
- Orders for parts and freight may ship the following business day if placed close to the 1 PM cutoff time.
- Shipping costs are included for ground shipments to the lower 48 states. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii incur an additional cost
- A phone number is required for freight deliveries to arrange a delivery appointment. Failing to provide this information at the time of order may delay delivery, as freight items cannot be delivered without an appointment. Delays may also incur additional storage fees that must be paid before delivery.
Damages:
- Please inspect the packaging of your items upon arrival.
- If you find any products damaged, you can file a warranty claim for replacement parts for the affected items.
- In the event that your items arrive damaged, please send photos to sales@able-pedal.com, and we will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf.
- Please be aware that cosmetic damages, such as scratches and dents, can occur during shipping and do not warrant a return of the entire product. We may be able to provide replacement parts or touch-up paint. Feel free to email us at sales@able-pedal.com or call us, and we will be happy to suggest ways to assist you in resolving the issue.
Cancellations & Refunds:
- All canceled orders will incur an administration fee of 25% of the total order amount, regardless of whether your order has shipped. This fee covers administrative and personnel costs.
- If your item is on backorder and you choose to accept it, we will retain your payment until the product ships. Should you decide to cancel before the backorder is processed for shipping, no fee will be charged.
- If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for the actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be processed to the original credit card used for the purchase.
Backorders:
- Occasionally, a product may be out of stock in our warehouse, and our website may not reflect this when you place your order. In such cases, we will send you an email immediately after your order is placed, informing you about the backorder, the expected arrival time, and any available substitutes if you're interested in receiving a product sooner.
- Please note that the expected arrival time may change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as delays at the port or manufacturing issues with specific parts.
- If there are changes to the arrival time of your order, you can choose to keep the order, select a different product as a substitute, or cancel it altogether.
- Once backordered items arrive, we will notify you by email with an estimated ship date, and you will receive tracking information within 1-3 business days.
- This section provides essential information about what to expect regarding the delivery of your item. For larger and heavier items, shipping will be done via freight LTL, and delivery will occur using a lift gate truck.
Important Information About Freight LTL Shipment
- When your item arrives in your city or a nearby area, the dispatcher will reach out to you to schedule a delivery date and time. Additionally, we will send you an email or call you to provide details about the delivery schedule. Please note that delivery will not take place until this appointment is confirmed.
- You must be available at the delivery address during the scheduled time window to receive and sign for the item. Please note that delivery windows may vary depending on the freight company, and a specific delivery time (e.g., 11:00 AM) cannot be arranged.
- Make sure the phone number you provided at checkout is accurate and can be easily reached. Please avoid screening calls until your item has been delivered.
- The item will be delivered using a lift gate truck with one delivery person, and it will be placed at your door or as close as possible. Due to its size, it may not always be possible to place it directly at your door.
- Please retain all packing materials, including the pallet. If you decide to return the item, you will need to have all original packing materials available.
How to Handle Damages, Exceptions, or Discrepancies at the Time of Product Delivery
- If you notice any damage to the carton packaging—such as rips, holes, large dents, or an open carton—or if items are missing, a visual inspection of the unit's contents is necessary.
- Able Pedal strongly recommends conducting an IMMEDIATE inspection with the driver present to confirm any damage. If you find that the contents are damaged, please indicate this on the carrier’s paperwork and notify Able Pedal right away.
- IMPORTANT: If you cannot inspect the contents immediately, make sure to note on the carrier’s paperwork: “Carton damage, subject to inspection” and specify the type of damage.
- The contents must be inspected within 24 hours of arrival, and any actual damage must be reported to the carrier.
Carton Packaging with Excessive Damage Exposing the Product:
If the carton packaging is severely damaged and the product is exposed, please take the following actions:
- Refuse the shipment.
- Sign the carrier's paperwork with the note: “Carton damaged and refused.”
- Notify Able Pedal immediately.
